This is an old recipe from my great grandmother. It is made with REAL blackberry jam, best of ingredients. This is prepared and baked in a large angel food cake pan.

This cake is the bomb! After it is well cooled I add the carmel icing, which is rich in itself. 

THIS RECIPE IS SPICY. This cake includes cloves, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon.

I use 2-Day shipping. I was using Priority mail but it’s taking too long.

Please note I only ship Monday-Wednesday. Otherwise the order could be put in storage and damage the food. The reason I'm doing this are horror stories how they could end up in a storage for the weekend to melt.
